Let’s BEGIN!
FOOD
You’ll Choose 3 Meals per day, plus 1 snack if needed. You can up it to 2 snacks per day when you’re exercising. All recipes are pretty flexible so feel free to swap around your colourful veg and make the recipes suit your taste – within reason of course! You can also replace Tofu with Chicken Breast if you like.
EXERCISE
You will choose 3 workouts per week. There are over 40 for you to choose from, so mix them up between Cardio, Strength and Conditioning classes.
