During you’re first session you’ll undergo a postural assessment. This will help me to tailor your class to suit your body. I will customise the sessions to address your specific needs by selecting exercises that will be most beneficial for you. Through this process, you’ll become more aware of movement patterns you’ve developed over time and learn how your body is meant to function optimally.
As a result, you should begin to experience reduced aches and pains and improve your overall quality of life. In addition, during the session, you’ll have the opportunity to communicate with your instructor and receive hands-on guidance to ensure that you’re performing exercises correctly and receiving the maximum benefit. These sessions are weekly, with a few being offered fortnightly, with a minimum of 4 sessions.
